Material
The Nomad Truck Mattress features a triple-layer construction designed for long-haul comfort and durability. Its base layer consists of 5 inches of high-density polyurethane foam (1.8 lb/ft³, 35 ILD) that provides firm support and maintains shape over time. The middle layer is a 2-inch medium-density transition foam (1.5 lb/ft³, 25 ILD) that adds balanced cushioning and pressure relief. Topping it off is a 2-inch gel-infused memory foam layer (3 lb/ft³, 15 ILD) for cooling comfort and body contouring. The mattress is encased in a bamboo-blend stretch-knit cover that’s breathable, hypoallergenic, and zippered for easy removal and washing.

What’s Covered:
20 Years of Protection: We guarantee your Nomad Mattress is free from manufacturing defects for 20 years from your purchase date.
Sagging and Indentations: We’ll cover sagging deeper than 1 inch (2.5 cm) that isn’t due to a bad foundation.
Stitching, Cover, and Foam: We cover defects in seams, the mattress cover, and foam core (cracking or splitting).
What’s Not Covered:
Normal Wear and Tear: Like any mattress, yours will naturally soften over time.
Comfort Preferences: Firmness or feel preferences are not covered.
Damage from Misuse: Burns, cuts, stains, or damage from improper foundations void the warranty.
Cover Damage from Spills: Accidental spills or stains are not covered.
New Mattress Odors: Initial foam odors are normal and will fade.
“As-Is” Mattresses: Items sold “as-is” have no warranty.
Transportation Costs: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims.
How to Make a Claim:

Provide Proof: You’ll need your purchase receipt, photos/videos of the defect, and a description.
Inspection: We may ask you to return the mattress for inspection.
Repair or Replace: If we confirm a defect, we’ll repair or replace your mattress (or provide a comparable substitute).
Important Notes:
Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the mattress.
This warranty is governed by Ontario and Canadian laws.
