Material
The Nomad RV Mattress is made with three distinct foam layers to optimize comfort and durability. The base layer is 3 inches of high-density polyurethane foam (1.8 lb/ft³, 35 ILD) that provides firm structural support. Above that is a 2-inch layer of medium-density transition foam (1.5 lb/ft³, 25 ILD) that relieves pressure points and improves contouring. The top layer consists of 2 inches of soft, gel-infused memory foam (3 lb/ft³, 15 ILD) for a cool, plush feel and enhanced airflow. The mattress is wrapped in a breathable, zippered stretch-knit cover that’s removable and washable for easy maintenance.

What’s Covered:
20 Years of Protection: We guarantee your Nomad Mattress is free from manufacturing defects for 20 years from your purchase date.
Sagging and Indentations: We’ll cover sagging deeper than 1 inch (2.5 cm) that isn’t due to a bad foundation.
Stitching, Cover, and Foam: We cover defects in seams, the mattress cover, and foam core (cracking or splitting).
What’s Not Covered:
Normal Wear and Tear: Like any mattress, yours will naturally soften over time.
Comfort Preferences: Firmness or feel preferences are not covered.
Damage from Misuse: Burns, cuts, stains, or damage from improper foundations void the warranty.
Cover Damage from Spills: Accidental spills or stains are not covered.
New Mattress Odors: Initial foam odors are normal and will fade.
“As-Is” Mattresses: Items sold “as-is” have no warranty.
Transportation Costs: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims.
How to Make a Claim:

Provide Proof: You’ll need your purchase receipt, photos/videos of the defect, and a description.
Inspection: We may ask you to return the mattress for inspection.
Repair or Replace: If we confirm a defect, we’ll repair or replace your mattress (or provide a comparable substitute).
Important Notes:
Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the mattress.
This warranty is governed by Ontario and Canadian laws.

Been thinking about this purchase for awhile and pulled the plug a week before a camping trip was booked. Shipping was prompt and tracking info indicated delivery would be on time. Within a day or 2 received a “delayed” notification and tracking info was stalled. At some point I reached out to Nomad even though I understood shipping was not in their control. Received a prompt response. Received 2 more “delayed” notifications the day before item had been expected from the start….so we were really disappointed as we would be leaving on our trip. The mattress was delivered regardless of these notifications!! How surprised and happy were we!!! So we have been sleeping on it for the last week and very much happy to be doing so as it is everything we hoped it would be and more! Thank you NOMAD 🙂
