• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send through our contact, dealer or affiliate forms, live chat or email, including warranty photos.
• Marketing preferences: your email address and consent when you sign up for news and promotions.
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, products added to cart, IP address, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Quiz answers: responses to our Comfort Level quiz, used to recommend a mattress.

How we use your information

• To process and ship orders, provide tracking updates and handle returns, sleep-trial requests and warranty claims.
• To answer questions and provide customer support.
• To send marketing emails, including cart reminders, when you have consented. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as your cart), analytics and advertising. With your consent, advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and OpenAI may collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, to show you relevant ads and measure their performance. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it, including:

• Ecommerce, hosting and payment processing (WooCommerce, our web host, our payment processor);
• Shipping carriers and tracking services (for example UPS);
• Email marketing (for example Klaviyo and Mailchimp);
• Live chat and customer support tools;
• Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta and OpenAI);
• Our affiliate program platform, where you arrive through an affiliate link.

Some of these providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be processed and stored in other countries and be subject to their laws.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty coverage (up to 20 years for some products) and to meet tax and legal requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
